Quiet pond
Unlike the surrounding bodies of water, Tichý rybník is not one of the oldest in Pernštejn, as it was established by the Pardubice district estate only after the creation of Czechoslovakia. It was founded on the lands of the Viennese industrialist Baron Richard Drasch from Wartinberk, who bought the Pardubice chamber estate, actually its mere remnant, on June 18, 1881.
