Thuje under Kaltenstein

A bit of a revelation at the end of the Nové Podhradí settlement, where one of the Rychlebské trails meet the tourist green sign and together climb the Hradisk hillside (i.e. under the ruins of Kaltenštejn) stands a tall thuja tree. Due to its location, it is labeled as Thuje pod Kaltenštejnem. Botanically, it is a species of giant sedge (Thuja plicata D.Don.).
