Terezina Valley - Swiss Cottage
The Swiss cottage was built by Jiří František Buquoy, influenced by his wanderings on foot in Switzerland, in the middle of the 19th century. The nobles of that time observed the rural World on their travels, which acted on them as an ideal of a lost pure life. The Buquojs built a total of three Swiss chalets on their estate - Novohradská, Rožmberská and Šejby. Rožmberská and Novóhradská were in appearance also…
