The castle is located in the village of Svobodné Hamry in the Chrudim region in the Pardubice region. The castle is a multi-storey building with a rectangular floor plan, the first floor used to be a chapel. The castle is surrounded by a garden.
History
The castle was built at the beginning of the 18th century by Václav Josef Kapoun from Svojkovo. In 1894, the castle building burned down and was then remodeled in a pseudo-baroque style. In recent years, the castle was used by the management of the Vysočina open-air museum.
