Svinčany - memorial to the fallen

At the intersection in the center of the village, opposite the municipal office, there is a memorial to those who died in the First World War. After the outbreak of fighting, more than 1 young men from Svinčany, Horní and Dolní Raškovice left for the war. They fought in different places of Europe, where they left the most valuable thing, their lives. Several dozen of them died on the battlefields and in military hospitals.
