It is a rather interesting fact that although we as a nation (by that I mean the Czechs) are often referred to as Hussites among German-speaking nations, the Germans themselves are actually also Huss's followers. Especially those who inhabit the more northern half of the neighboring Germanic empire. We are probably perceived as Hussites by the more southern Bavarians, who, by and large, worship Catholicism.
