The goal of this trip was the Opolenec nature reserve. It is located on the right bank of the Volyňka River, approximately 4 kilometers north of the town of Vimperk. The reservation was announced in 1985 and its area is around 19 ha. It is home to many rare plants of our flora. Several types of orchids, golden-headed lily, pear tree and many others grow here.
