Stands
The first written mention of Stojice dates from 1349. The local late Gothic Church of All Saints was handed over to the newly established bishopric of Litomyšl in 1350. The rectory belonged to the church, which disappeared during the 17th century. The name of the village of Stojice can be derived from the village of the Stojanový people or from the stand, which is an uneradicated part of the forest left on pasture.
