Šternberk - Tyl's Theatre

The city acquired this permanent theater stage by rebuilding the former Saxinger cinema in 1955.
 
The building of the Saxinger cinema in today's Masaryková street has been standing since 1922. It was an elongated storey building with a rectangular floor plan, and its longer part lined a part of today's Kollárová street. The building was placed on a narrow stone plinth and decorated with moldings and blind circular windows on the upper floor. It was finished…
