The castle is a dominant feature of the village of Šťáhlava in the Pilsen region. The castle has a U-shaped floor plan and consists of a Renaissance wing and younger extensions connecting the oldest part of the castle with the Baroque tract. The facade of the Renaissance part of the castle is decorated with sgraffito. A bossed portal with the coat of arms of the Kokoř family has been preserved in the castle's enclosure wall. The castle is not open to the public.
