Statue of the Holy Trinity

The statue of the Holy Trinity in Nová Bystřice, built in 1679 as a thank you that the plague stopped raging here. At the top of the plague column is a statue of the Holy Trinity, the so-called "Throne of Grace". It is an iconographic type, where the figure of God the Father holds in his lap the crucified God the Son (Jesus Christ) with a dove, symbolizing God - the Holy Spirit.
