Statue of the Holy Trinity - Jindřichův Hradec

This baroque plague column is the main dominant feature of Náměstí Miru. It is 20m high and contains a really large number of statues - the Virgin Mary, God the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit, an archangel and figures of saints in the niches and on the volutes. It was built by the sculptor Matouš Strahovský from Dačice in 1764-1766.
