Sokolov
The castle is an important cultural center of the city of Sokolov in the Karlovy Vary region. The castle is a large four-story building with four corner towers. There are arcades in the courtyard in the east wing, in the middle of the courtyard there is a fountain with tritons from the 17th century. In the castle interior, visitors can view the permanent exhibition of the history, art and nature of Sokolovka and the exhibition dedicated to the mining history of the entire region.…
