Statue of Emperor Joseph II.
The statue stands in the same place where it was originally placed in 1886. The emperor looked down on Trutnovany until 1923, when it was removed. The statue was unveiled again when the European Heritage Days event took place in Trutnov on November 12.11. 2009.
This striking landmark weighs 300 kg, and the material for its marble base was imported from Cuba. The statue is made according to the model of the Viennese sculptor Pöninger.
