The site of the natural monument is located in a forest complex at the bottom of a deep, shady valley located one kilometer west of the Brno district of Soběšice. It is part of the rugged relief of the Soběšická Highlands and lies at an altitude of 280–295 m. The core of the territory consists of three bodies of water.
