The rock town of Ostaš
Ostová is one of the smaller sandstone rock towns near Police nad Metují, where we stayed. It is actually a table mountain with the highest point at 701 m above sea level. There are other large rock towns in the vicinity: Broumovské stény and Adršpašsko-Teplické rocks. After Ostaš, it's a relaxing walk of about 1 hour along the blue trail with views of the landscape.
