Valečov rock castle
Excursion to Valečov Castle. The beautiful rock castle stands near Mnichov Hradiště, on the edge of the Bohemian Paradise. The castle was built in the rocks in the 14th century and in the 16th century it was extended by a castle palace. After 30 years of war, the castle was abandoned. The castle core is still partially preserved today and the castle is accessible in season with a guide.
