Senorady - fortress

Reviews

Based 0 assessment.
At the end of the Šance promontory on the north-western edge of the village of Senorady, there is a massive fortress built after the seat of the Lords of Senorady from the middle of the 14th century. After 1415, the fortress was joined by the lords of Lipá to Templštejn and probably disappeared. The well-arranged two-part area of the fortress with ramparts and ditches has been preserved to this day. A yellow sign from Senorad to Ketkovické mill passes through the valley below the fortress.
