Semín – a fortress, later a hunting lodge and brewery, and also the birthplace of the architect Josef Gočár

The small hill in Semín in Pardubice, where the birthplace of the famous architect Josef Gočár stands, has a rich history. First there was a fortress here. According to records from 1339, its first owner was Heřman from Semin. During the 14th to 16th centuries, the fortress gradually changed many owners.
