The Sedlická dam is located on the Želivka river and is one of the oldest dams in the Czech Republic. The Sedlice Reservoir is located approximately 7 km southwest of Humpolka. It is used to catch runoff and generate electricity and is also used for recreational purposes. The use of the Sedlice reservoir for recreation, fishing and water sports is subordinate to the purpose of the dam. At the dam you will find a snack stand and toilets.
