Šatov - Painted cellar

It is a unique wine cellar, the walls of which are painted with various scenes. This is a unique rarity, which is also exceptional from a European point of view. Colorful plastic pictures were painted here by Maxmillian Appeltauer (1904-1972), a native of Shatov, who devoted 33 years of his life to this hobby in his spare time.
