Vineyard orchard
The Sádek wine center is located in the middle of a historic vineyard under the castle of the same name above the village of Kojetice in southwestern Moravia. The current vineyard was restored on land where wine was already grown in the Middle Ages, and its location in the Highlands makes it quite a rarity. 40 different grape varieties are planted here, including species that are no longer commonly found.
