Rýmařov - Geological exhibition at Hrádek

 
There used to be a city castle in Rýmařov, called Hrádek, but almost nothing remains of it to this day. It stood on a hill above the Podolský stream, whose advantageous location the original settlers realized and built a fort on it. In the last third of the 13th century, the Czech king lured German settlers to colonize the region below the mountains.
