Pond Blanko

The Blanko pond is located 2 km southwest of Nová Bystřice, close to the border with Austria. The pond lies at an altitude of 598 m above sea level, harbors rich fauna and flora and is surrounded by forest. On the eastern bank of the pond there is a small peat bog, thanks to which swimming in the pond has beneficial effects on the skin and rheumatic joints. The cottages at Blanko Pond are shown below.
