Žernovník lookout tower

The newly opened observation tower is located above the village of Žernovník near the peak of Na skalky. It was built on the site of an old reservoir and its total height is 15,5 m. The supporting structure of the hexagonal tower with a roof consists of larch columns and steel rods. The two-arm staircase and floors are then made of oak planks and beams.
