Observation tower in the Cologne waterworks

The main goal of the trip, the newly opened lookout tower at the former Cologne waterworks. And so that the water is not enough, we will go to it around the Elbe through floodplain forests, where the river used to flow and where it overflowed during floods, before man tied it to today's riverbed with construction works.
