The observation tower is located by the road leading from Semil to Vysoké nad Jizerou. Near the village of Roprachtice. It is 18 m high and was built by a local farmer on his property, a favorite spot of his grandfather. It is named after the only pine tree in the area. It was built in 2009. From the observation tower we can see the Krkonoše Mountains, the Bohemian Paradise and the Jizera Mountains
