Milada lookout tower
The Milada observation tower was built by a private investor on the Krchov hill above the Orlická dam in 2014-2017. It is a wooden structure connected by steel screws. Its height is 29,70 m, it has 9 floors and 144 steps lead up. From the lookout tower you can see the central Povltáví, Brdy, the Voticka Highlands and, if the visibility is good, even part of the Šumava. You will probably be most attracted by the Solenická horseshoe, which here on the Vltava...
