Driver (near Šternberk) - statue of Angel

The statue of Angel in the village of Řídeč near Šternberk may not be a "top" item on the list of our protected cultural monuments, but it certainly has its undeniable charm. After all, this type of sculpture is not that common in our country - at least not in this solitary form - and here we have before us a (neo)baroque - classicist monument of "at least" local importance.
