Greeks - Romanesque church of St. Mary Magdalene
On a hill above the East Bohemian village of Řečany nad Labem stands a Romanesque church dedicated to St. Mary Magdalene. According to a document found in the altar in 1757, the church was consecrated by the Prague bishop Daniel I, with the participation of King Vladislav II. and his wife, already in 1165, more precisely on November 14 of this year. The church is therefore the oldest sacral monument in the Přelouč region.
