Radostín
The first mention of the village dates from 1426 in the record of the Žďár monastery. It was created on the Czech-Moravian border on the so-called Libyan road in the places of the former marshy forest. It flourished in the second half of the 19th century, when 757 inhabitants lived here. The main livelihood here was agriculture and the extraction of peat for fuel by the so-called borking, home weaving and later also the production of nets. Currently…
