Deserted Castle (Veisenstein)

The Desolate Castle, or Veisenštejn, is located west of Vrbno pod Pradědem and north of the village of Bílý potok. The castle stood on a lonely rock formation on the steep left bank of Bílí potok. The castle was probably built in the second half of the 13th century, and only parts of the masonry, a hole carved in the rock and a part of the moat built at the foot of the rock have survived to this day.
