Thimble - lock

Today's building of the Baroque castle stands on the site of a fortress, destroyed in the Hussite wars and restored in the second half of the 15th century. The fortress was undeniably rebuilt in the Renaissance, probably under the Žabki of Limberk after the middle of the 16th century, or under the Counts of Thurn at the end of the 16th century.
