Macocha Abyss, Moravian Karst

Every visitor to the Moravian Karst must see the Macocha abyss. The chasm is 138,7 meters deep. It was created by the collapse of the ceiling of the cave domes. There are several bridges available for tourists to look down.
You can take the cable car to the Punkevní caves from there, and administrative tourists can walk. The nature around the abyss is breathtaking, especially in spring and autumn.
