Nature reserve Luňáky (near Klatov)

The Luňáky Nature Reserve is located in the wide floodplain of the Úhlava River near Klatov, between the villages of Dolní Lhota and Novákovice.
These are the remains of heavily waterlogged bog meadows. The location serves as a breeding ground for rare species of birds, and as a resting place during bird migration.
The area of ​​the reserve is almost 27 ha and was declared in 1992. 
Dolejší rybník (3,9 ha) is part of the reserve.
