The monument to fallen Příbram soldiers from all battlefields of the First World War stands in the historical part of Příbram, in the Na Příkopech park next to the Ernestinum castle. Already in 1917, even before the end of the war, the prominent Czech architect Jan Kotěra drew up a design for the monument. The author of the statue was Jan Štursa.
