The Přerov statue of St. Roch

It stands on Horní náměstí below the castle, and a layman's eye will certainly appreciate the high-quality sculptural work. The baroque sculpture dates from the first half of the 18th century (specifically from 1717) and was made in memory of the plague epidemic that raged in Přerov between 1715 and 1716.
