Harcov Reservoir

Harcov Reservoir, also called Harcov Reservoir or Libereck Reservoir, is located on the eastern edge of Liberec. The dam is surrounded on one side by a quiet residential area and on the other by a forest. Today, this reservoir mainly serves as a recreational area with an area of ​​less than 12 hectares. The only wider beach is on the right bank near the dam. The beach is grassy and sandy with a moderately steep bank. The beach of Harcovská prěhrady offers all basic services, including toilets, showers, a beach volleyball court, refreshments and a restaurant. The dam also provides livelihood for fishermen.
