Pranýř in Velký Vřešťov

This small town, which later became only a village, was first mentioned in 1348. It became most famous thanks to the local nobleman and Hussite governor Alša Vrešťovský from Rýzmburk, who already in the 15th century exercised manorial rights on his estate, which should remind also the name of Šibeniční kopce, located to the west of the village.
