From the outside, the Hostivařské church has a relatively simple to austere impression. The floor plan of the nave of the church has the shape of a regular rectangle, and its oldest part - the Romanesque semicircular apse - organically follows it. The church acquired its present form after a classicist reconstruction at the turn of the 18th and 19th centuries. A rare wall painting from the 13th century has been preserved in the Romanesque apse at the very back of the church. The main…
