Prague and the oldest preserved sacral building in Karlín
Reviews
In Prague, in Karlín, there is a small inconspicuous chapel in Pernerova street. It is a late Baroque, smaller building with a square floor plan with a round presbytery, which was built and consecrated at the foot of Vítkov Hill in 1753 on the newly established cemetery for soldiers and invalids.
The decorated facade is finished with a segmental gable. The chapel has a steeple roof with chamfered corners and a low chimney.
