On the corner of Lázeňská 6 and Saská streets, in May 1833, Francois René de Chateaubriand lived in the V lazně inn. One of the most important representatives of romanticism in France, a diplomat, a writer, he is best known in our country for the novella Atala, or The Love of Two Savages in the Desert.
