The Moravská Dyje is a river that originates at an altitude of 653 meters above sea level in Třešti in Vysočín, which flows to the south and leaves our state below the village of Písečné. A little further in Austria, it flows into the much larger Austrian Dyje, reaching a length of 68 km before the confluence. The merger of the two streams creates the well-known Dyje, returning to our territory and forming, together with the Vranovská dam, the NPR Podyjí and the Novomlýn reservoirs, the main focus...
