Fráterka hermitage in Vraclav
In the Baroque area in Vraclav, a village located four kilometers west of Vysoké Mýt, a wooden building with an adjacent wooden tower, a bell tower, attracts attention. It is the Fráterka (also Fláterka) hermitage built in 1692 on the hillside above the former chapel, today the church of St. Nicholas. The hermitage got its name from the drum clocks in the tower, which were just called fraterka or fláterka.
