Postřelmůvek is a small foothill village with 340 inhabitants and can be found in the northern direction from the town of Zábřeh. The village is located at the eastern foot of Homole (515 masl), which is part of the Březná nature park. A nameless stream flows through the village, which is a right-hand tributary of the Postřelmovský stream.
