Monument in Mount Saint Sebastian.

There is a large monument in the park in the center of the city, which was originally dedicated to Emperor Francis Joseph I. There used to be hundreds of monuments to Francis Joseph I in the times of Austria-Hungary in Bohemia. Many of them were created on the occasion of various anniversaries. After the establishment of the independent republic, however, all symbols of the hated monarchy had to disappear. So very few of them survived. A new use was found for a forgotten monument.…
