Monument to the victims of the Velka Losina witch trials

The monument to the victims of the witch trials in Velké Losiny stands in Lázeňské park approximately in the places where 1679 convicted witch trials were executed between 1686 and 36. The book artistically describing these real events called Kladivo na charodějnice by Václav Kaplický became the model for the film of the same name directed by Otakar Vávra.
