Pohansko Castle stands in beautiful floodplain forests near the Austrian border near Břeclav in the South Moravian Region. The castle is an elegant long building, consisting of a central storey wing, to which narrower ground floors are symmetrically attached. There are pillared arcades along the entire length of the ground floor. The castle facades are decorated with reliefs with mythological motifs.
