Podklasný mill in Josefov
This mill, which has belonged to the Šiffner family since ancient times (Schiffner, but registry and official documents also contain other versions of this surname), is a monument to the original village of Ples, as it was not demolished during the construction of the fortress, as happened to other buildings in the territory of today's Josefov and in its immediate vicinity, e.g. as the nearby old Ples pub, on the site of which the imperial laundry was built.…
