Bald Lake.
Plešné jezero is one of the glacial lakes on the Czech side of the Šumava. The lake is elliptical in shape, 540 m long and 150 m wide, has an area of 7,5 hectares and a maximum depth of almost 20 m. The Jezerní stream flows from the lake and flows into the Vltava near Želnava. To the north of the dam of the lake lies a stone sea of glacial origin.
